Processing time

Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

Ready to Ship items: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Printed items: made to order and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Personalised items: customised with names, initials, dates or other personal details and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, it will usually be dispatched once all items are ready, unless agreed otherwise.
