Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, we’ll keep it simple.
Free returns on all orders.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mishkaenmuisje.nl with your order number and your request.
Returns (how to return)
You can return individual items from your order. If part of the your order is returned, we will refund the returned items only.
Full wardrobe boxes need to be returned in full.
All returned items must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• in original condition
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order (for example, due to sizing), exchanges are available subject to availability.
Because items are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee that every size will remain available for exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return, or after you provide proof of return shipment.
