Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, we’ll keep it simple.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a form using this link (Declare Withdrawal Form) or contact us at info@mishkaenmuisje.nl with your order number and your request.

You may return Ready to Ship and Printed items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in their original condition
• returned with any original tags and packaging where applicable

You may return individual items from your order. Refunds will be issued only for the returned items.

Personalised Items

Items personalised with names, initials, dates or other custom details are made especially for your child.

For this reason, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.

If you would like to exchange your order (for example, due to sizing), exchanges are available subject to availability.

Because items are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee that every size will remain available for exchange.

Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return, or after you provide proof of return shipment.
